Kyūketsuki: Crystals of Blood(Content Warning: Moderate Language!)

Kyūketsuki is Japanese for Vampire. In this story, after a war in the year 2070, everyone in the world hid underground and inside their homes. WWIII was in progress with two armies opposing each other. MirCom, or Miraga Command, was the alliance formed of the armies of the USA, Japan, Russia, Australia, Britain, and France. The second army, The Second Axis, is made up of everyone else. For 10 years, the two battled, MirCOM against AxisII, MirCOM was winning, then, China launched a nuclear warhead at America, it was a lose lose, Advanced AA/UGG/SAM sites neutralized the missile, however, radiation from a contact explosion showered New York in Radon, which killed everyone on contact. New York, Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont were left desolate in the aftermath. After 5 more years, MirCOM defeated AxisII, however some AII members still remain and are rebelling. In the year 2085, a mysterious rain appeared, for 3 years it never stopped, and it was dubbed the Eternal Rain, all cities in the world were modeled after Venice so that they wouldn't flood, man made rivers were created, and soon, mysterious creatures began to appear. Legends were no longer legends, and murders occurred along the west coast of America, strange sightings of super human "things" with glowing brands on their bodies were reported. They had fangs and drank blood, modern myth was fact. Vampires were born, and of them were two factions: Vampires, the civilized that are allowed to live in modern society, they are "vegetarians" drinking animal blood to live, and the Satus, a rogue, savage band of vampires that kill humans. The year is now 2090 and people live in fear of Satus along with many other criminal organizations that have popped up, one of them being the dreaded Siphon, and several monsters appear randomly through "portals". A team of these monsters seems to derive from Bible script-The Four Horsemen.
