Some instructions would have been nice. S to shoot, A to reload, D to roll. But all you seem to be able to do is shoot ghouls and get killed. Also, why the game takes away 2/3 of your score as a "death penalty" is something I can't fathom. Unless there's something I'm missing due to the lack of instructions, this one isn't worth wasting your time on, no matter how much you liked the film.
