Does anyone remember the original Pokémon? Before they made all of this new garbage? Blaziken was pretty badass. As was Dragonair and of course, Lucario.

Now if we add the Kyurem forms...both forms can easily OHKO Zekrom and Reshiram, but the most commonly used White Kyurem set is slower than the most commonly used Zekrom set and Zekrom still can OHKO it.

So...if we're dealing with the downright most powerful dragon type, it's White Kyurem's Draco Meteor. However, each time you use it, your attack drops by 2 stages. So if you use it a second time it's half as powerful as the first time.
The most consistently powerful dragon type though is Black Kyurem's Outrage. That has confusion problems but that's nothing a Lum Berry can't solve.
However, Attack Forme Deoxys has THE most powerful attack (Psycho Boost off a ridiculously high special attack like that) in the entire game without doing anything ridiculous like Power Split Shuckle with max defense.
BTW, Plain Kyurem is so weak that the unofficial competitive battling group allows him to be grouped in with not even the strongest non-legendary Pokemon. Same thing with Zygarde.

Zygarde is weak right now...unless he gets a new forme (or maybe a mega evolution) he is pathetic.

Probably. Third games are how we got new versions of Giratina and the much better versions of Kyurem. Probably will work for Zygarde too
