Chichi owns them both.
sorry but goku is 10000000000000000000000000 times more stronger then superman.
Hmm, I have been curious about that myself.

I would propose a new combatant: the Hulk.

So, Goku, Superman, or the Hulk?

I think the question is where the fight should take place and if they know the other is after them?

Is Goku allowed to blow up the planet they're fighting on, and then use instant transmission to escape the planet?
See, that's what we can ask about Superman too. From what I understand, Goku isn't magical (it's all inert superpowers like Superman himself), so both seem matched.

I think Tenchi could keep up with Goku.
Superman is kind of old by now...

We know that neither of them will use Magic or Kriptonyte . They are Heroes .. Good people .. Just a regular fight , without destroying any planet and well .. The Hulk is allowed to fight . (Marvel vs DC vs Anime )

there are many proofs proves that goku can beat superman. i'm gonna talk about one. *the speed*....in saiyan saga...gohan couldn't see yamcha when he was fighting with one of the saibmen that means he was fighting faster than light........and his power level was around 1-500.....in the end of DBZ goku ssj3's power was around 1.5-3billion(calculated alot) and it was proven in cell saga that your power is useless if you can't touch your opponent and it was proven in buuhan vs super vegito's fight that feeling Ki can attract the movement of the opponent. so.........Goku can fight alot faster than light and can feel ki to attract the opponent's movement. that's a win
See, the reason why I added the Hulk is because the Hulk and Goku run on similar terms (the angrier they get the more powerful they get). In that case, Goku would appear to be more of a fragile speedster (quick but weak attacks and weak defenses) in comparison to the Hulk's Mighty Glacier terms (very slow but good offenses and defenses). So in the case of those two, it ends up being who can land the most powerful punches in time. From what I remember, Goku seems to have slowly moving limits (such that it's a surprise that at the end of a fight he became stronger). The Hulk, as long as you get him angry in some continuities, will just keep being stronger.

Superman has no innate way of boosting his own strength during battles, but there has been many time where he admitted he was "holding back" during battles. So his strength (especially at the most obscene points in his 75 year history) might be enough to kill Goku. I can't tell you that for sure, but read below and you'll see the reason.

One particular thing to note, since we're disallowing Kryptonite, let's compare series deaths. From what I remember, Goku practically dies every couple of seasons from whatever threat he's facing. Superman was only "killed" by one opponent who did not use his weakness (technically two, but that one was a monster that erased whole universes including ones where he was in it). So, in terms of survivability in their own series, Superman beats out Goku.

Where does that fall under this? I have no clue. And speaking of your feeling ki and stuff, like I said, Superman's own skills depends on what time in the 75 years that he was around we're talking about. If we literally allow all three to have every power they ever had, Superman would easily win. Even if we don't, if you allow it, and Superman can fly right INTO our Sun, he practically comes out as the strongest being ever (in the DC 1 million series, he was practically living in the sun for milenia and came out having all the strengths of a god).

So, to answer your question in the way I feel fit... Superman would win if it turns into an endurance fight with the battle being over once only one survives (on the sheer fact that Superman can turn himself functionally immortal) or if the three combatants know that they're going to face each other (and thus have time to prepare). Goku would win if the battle is liked a timed battle where killing isn't the only option (and thus you can win by points if there is a judge). And the Hulk would win if the battle will take place in a confined location where the goal is to kill.

I think it should be Kami Tenchi and Goku vs Superman and Hulk. This way they would be able to beat Superman and Hulk. Kami Tenchi is basically omnipotent, he can destroy the entire universe without even using his full power. He can also travel faster than light and erase beings from existence. Kami-Tenchi is a multiversal level omnipotent and equivalent to TOAA in anime standards. If Goku fights Superman alone, then I agree that Superman would win if it turns into an endurance fight.

first.....Goku died for the first time to save earth from raditz....and the second time to save the earth from cell...nobody killed him....and you still talking about powers, skills etc. and yeah. superman can move the whole earth by his bare hands..so imagine his punch. yeah he is too strong but. his power is useless because he would be too slow....Goku's normal form can beat him due to the speed diffrence. and..you're comparing the strongest superman version...well Future GT goku is immortal. and doesn't die of age.(not sure about the immortal thing) and....Buu destroied a galaxy. and there was only 4 galaxies in dbz universe so.. he destroied 1/4 on universe...GT goku's normal form is as strong as buu..imagine that power after he transforms SSJ(x50) SSJ2(x100) SSJ3(x400) SSJ4 (x4000).....and the only way superman, hulk can win...is goku letting them get more powerful and pushing them behind thier limit because goku won't be proud of defeating someone that's not using all his power... still goku's speed is the biggest reasons they can't win.
Well, I've always saw what you're saying with the speed. And essentially, what we're doing is dealing with functionally immortal people. I have no idea really how to answer it.

They will fight until the heat death of the universe.

lol anyway. if superman and goku meet. they will be friends.
Probably. I honestly can't see why they would fight unless one was mind controlled.

Now the Hulk on the other hand. When something makes him angry everything will be destroyed.

Goku likes fighting new opponents , He'd ask superman to give it a try lol . And yes they would be friends . And how about strenght ? We have to put them at the same level , I think The Hulk Might win .

But in a fight without limits .. Well .. I've read some things , and I guess Superman kinda .. Kills them both xD .

Still , Goku is the best :$

Sorry to bring it up again, but Screw Attack's Death Battle show already showed that Superman will win. Here's the episode in question:

We all have seen it. They have no Idea about Goku...And they said they doesn't know enough about him so. It isn't enough to prove that superman is actually stronger.

So. As long as you can't prove that superman can actually touch Goku due to his fighting speed. his power is useless against him.

Yes. He has been shown on a few occasions to beat the Flash in a race or come ridiculously close to beating him. And the Flash can move faster than the speed of light at times.

I watched Dbz a long time ago and maybe I'm wrong about this one.Goku can use instant transmission and I think instant transmission is way faster than Superman's speed.Goku could use instant transmission all the time and Superman wouldn't be able to touch him.
Just because someone can teleport does not mean that they will win. You got to remember that. It takes time to launch an attack and we're pretty certain at this case both fighters have near light-speed movements and reflexes.

I've read Superman's story thanks to Generic.
After 800 hundreds years of being inside the sun, he actually becomes a "God" , and he learns all kind of abilities from the generations of supermans that he left on earth.

Generic Name.He beats the flash in speed. That's his flying speed. Not his fighting speed Fighting speed is (punches kicks etc) And Goku is a genius in fighting.

And Chochi. If you choose that version of super man I will choose the future GT Goku who
Doesn't die of age(Immortality) There are many chances that he is Immortal. If he isn't Anyway he got his power x10 higher than GT goku. So is his speed. He still gonna own Superman.
The thing is...do you REALLY think a person can't learn how to punch quickly if they can learn how to move quickly? This of it this way: Superman weighs no more than 300 lbs period (I'm guessing he's 200-something with all his muscles). He can punch people through MULTIPLE buildings. The laws of physics dictates that the punch must be super fast to provide the force necessary to launch a person that also weighs about the same that far. Yes, we're going to bring the laws of physics into this.

The problem with the future versions is ultimately when we choose them, they will just destroy the universe and solve none of these problems since they're both effectively more powerful than everything.
