In Position 2 (second "menace"), there is a bug that sometimes causes no enemy sniper to appear, and M. Gamli to get shot excessively quickly.
In Position 3, there is a bug that can cause the same sniper to appear in the same place over and over until you've run out of bullets, then M. Gamli gets shot anyway.
