how do I even level up it says "14 point's" I get the 50 point achievement and it say "14 points to go"

maybe since I added it to my favorites signed in it might work but I put 9999999 bet that it won't anyway I am grateful for just one suggestion can you maybe talk to someone else with this issue or something related so you can tell me some more resolution's
