lol I don't think that's true in a lot of cases. Most of the time, when I run into a "cool story bro," it usually means that the person who says it doesn't want to hear what you're saying. For example, like when you're in an online argument and you have a long post explaining your post, they will then respond with "cool story bro," as if to say that "whatevs."
