the spamming totally filled the chat already, as it kept on going for almost 15 Minutes, then he started spamming again after Insulting me and others without stopping and. Finally he left after. The question is: Where are the mods? :)
The spamming has gone for too long and Generic didn't even bother looking at the chat, Plus, Other mods Come here very rarely. On a time that there are no users on.
Thanks for explaining the obvious problem that we don't have enough mods actually on at all times.

As I explained I'm not actually on the site most of the times I'm online. Instead, the tab gets loaded up, I check a few things, and I go to different tabs I have and don't return for a bit of time.

And the only foolproof way to stop the spammers like I mentioned is the mod bot which would ban you if you post way too quickly. I mentioned this before, but it's the only way to guarantee getting rid of spammers.

Getting Rid of Spammers will surely make them create more spamming accounts, And the mod bot isn't a good idea. Since that you need to spam really quick so you finally get one of those short bans. More human mods can solve the problem. The old ones are no more active, Atleast, Most of them.

Like I mentioned, that depends on the settings of the bot. The one I encountered on an IRC chat banned you if you even said the same thing within like 5 or so seconds of each other. I remember getting autobanned a few times because I "lol"d one too many times without saying anything else inbetween (even though they were 2 different statements that were clearly delayed)

Eh, But the mod bot may have too much word to create. And it may bring some glitches with it. So nah, I would prefer the human mods with guts. :P
