Get the things that make you run fast. Get the coins, for extra points. Kill the cops as fast as possible! They kill you mini zombies, and they hurt you. Best to get them out at the beginning of the game.

Search for coins when you doing your rampage. It gives +1000 points (it's a lot).
Faster bonus is also helpful.
