Move back and forth quickly. Don't get stuck in the corners, because if you do, your in trouble. Try not to risk your life for the pills, but let them stack up and then get them.

the black dice are not all ways bad if they show a picture of a pill they will relise about 6 pills if it doesnt then watch out

stand still unless u need pills or thers a dice above ya
